Shirley hails from more than 20 years of practice and know-how in soft-skills training and executive coaching for a wide range of adult profiles and nationalities. A firm believer in neuroplasticity of the brain – Shirley integrates multi-disciplinary methodologies that optimise the inter-connectedness and flexibility of the human psyche, such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. She continuously upgrades her skills in Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) for Grief-work, Attachment and Addiction issues, Critical-Incidents, Complex Trauma, Resource-Tapping, Self-Care, Dream-Completion, Virtual Group Traumatic Episodes and many more areas.
Inspired by the strong archetypes of the iconic movie ‘Wizard of Oz’, Shirley revels in helping people find their ‘Inner Wizard’ – a sweet spot where they are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
Shirley has been working with clients who are thrown off their game in some areas of life to get back their groove.
